
Burpees just aren’t for everyone! They tend to be hard on your feet, shoulder, low back.. if the body has not been trained to stabilize and control the movement, you can get injuries! Plus, why? Most people hate them, they are very hard on your body and they have little positive effect on the goals, most are seeking. Exercise is not supposed to hurt the joints. It doesn’t have to feel impossible to be effective!
